Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. Scope
This Cookie Policy explains how co:sim uses cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, pixels, tags, and software development kits, on cosim.io and our applications. These technologies may store or read identifiers and other information on your device.
2. Categories We Use
Essential
Required for security, authentication, checkout, language selection, consent records, and core site operation. These technologies cannot be disabled through our preference center.
Analytics
Help us understand visits, interactions, errors, performance, and user journeys. This category may include session replay and heatmap tools and may collect device or usage identifiers.
Marketing
Measure campaigns, attribute conversions, limit advertising frequency, and support relevant advertising on third-party services. Depending on local law, this activity may be considered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
Functional
Enable optional features such as customer-support chat and enhanced preferences. Disabling this category may make those features unavailable without preventing basic purchases.
3. Providers
The providers used on a particular visit depend on your location, choices, and the features you use.

Third parties may process information under their own privacy notices. Their technologies and retention periods can change independently of co:sim.
4. Choices Available by Location
In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, optional categories are off unless you consent through our Consent Management Platform. You can reject all optional categories as easily as accepting them.
Residents of U.S. states that provide relevant opt-out rights can open Cookie Settings in the site footer to opt out of marketing technologies and make other available choices. In other locations, optional categories may be enabled by default. We may still offer the same preference controls as a convenience, but legal rights depend on your place of residence.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser or device. Additional industry tools include AdChoices, the NAI opt-out tool, and Your Online Choices. Blocking essential technologies may prevent login, checkout, or other core functions.
5. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where required by applicable law, we treat an enabled Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of marketing technologies associated with sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Because there is no uniform industry standard for the older Do Not Track (DNT) signal, we do not currently respond to DNT alone.
6. Retention
Session technologies expire when the session ends. Persistent technologies remain until their configured expiration, you delete them, or you change your preferences. Duration varies by purpose and provider and is generally no longer than reasonably necessary for that purpose. Renewed visits may refresh some expiration dates.
7. Updates and Contact
We may update this Policy when our technologies, providers, or legal obligations change. The latest version and effective date will appear here.
