Product summary
- 1Each destination’s 1GB bucket triggers once per card year, shared across re-entries.
- 2Basic data runs at no less than 256kbps — enough for text chat, maps and navigation, getting around, and looking up somewhere to stay. Available wherever destinations are supported, partner networks are reachable and the fair-use policy allows.
- 3Check-in threshold: at least 50MB used or 12 hours connected in the destination.
- 4Your membership year runs 365 days from the purchase date, not from first activation.
- 5Landing cards: the first 3 new destinations you check into each card year each issue one guaranteed-win scratch card. Prizes run 100MB to 3GB and are valid 180 days. Most landing cards cover your destination’s region; a share upgrade to worldwide. Each campaign publishes its own prize odds and the exact destination list its regional prizes cover.
- 6Invite cards: 5 single-use codes per card year. A card is issued once your friend’s membership is past its refund window (or their eSIM is installed) with no refund, chargeback or fraud signal. Invite prizes are worldwide, run 100MB to 3GB, and are valid 180 days. Self-invites and duplicate accounts are not eligible.
- 7Member discount: 10% off destination, region and global data packs for the full membership year (365 days from the purchase date).
- Challenge Card is a paid travel membership that includes access to travel connectivity benefits fulfilled through third-party mobile network partners. It is data-only: no telephone number, no voice service, no SMS and no emergency calling.
- Speeds are best-effort, not guaranteed: actual throughput depends on your device, the local network and roaming conditions at the time, and on coverage in that destination.
- Reward data (scratch prizes and milestone bonuses) credits with no manual activation and applies on your next data session. It is valid 180 days and is spent after your destination bucket and any packs you bought.
- 30-day refund on uninstalled cards. Installing the eSIM ends refund eligibility. This does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
- Annual card; renewal pricing will be announced at launch. When the year ends the eSIM stays installed and keeps working as a pay-as-you-go ONE card.
- Device swap: the membership profile is bound to your device, so moving it is a full reissue — $20, once per card year, with a 48-hour check-in cooldown afterwards.
- Terms updates: if these product terms change materially, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or on-site notice; continued use after the notice takes effect counts as acceptance.
