Product summary
- 1Your balance stays valid as long as the account sees any activity within 24 months — top up, spend, or redeem and the clock resets. Data packs are valid 30 days from activation.
- 2Transparent per-destination pay-as-you-go rates; the full table lives on the coverage page.
- 3Uninstalled cards refund in full within 30 days. After installation the card itself is no longer refundable, but the most recent balance top-up still is, minus an administrative fee — see the refund policy. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.
- 4One free eSIM reissue per card year, then $1.99 per swap.
- co:sim ONE card is a data-only travel eSIM, carried over third-party mobile network partners. It has no phone number, no voice service, no SMS and no emergency calling.
- No monthly fee, no daily fee, no activation fee. The card itself is free — you pay for the data you use and the packs you choose to buy.
- Data stops when your balance reaches zero. We warn you before it does, and we never advance credit or charge your payment method automatically — top up or buy a pack and you are back online.
- A pack keeps for up to 24 months before you activate it, then runs 30 days from activation — activation being your first connection inside that pack’s coverage.
- Network profile: in most destinations we attach to the strongest network available, supporting 4G and 5G NSA, with a bearer of QCI 8 (AMBR 1000/1000 Mbps) or QCI 9 (AMBR 600/300 Mbps). Real throughput depends on your device, the local partner network and roaming conditions at the time — speed is not a promise and is not on its own a ground for a refund.
